"We want our children to be so compelled by the real Jesus that they are willing to stand with Him, giving their lives to His revolution, not in order to be religious but because there is simply no more exhilarating way to live. We want our kids to see us as revolutionaries who subvert the dominant belief systems of the world, not out of religious obligation but in wholehearted response to the person of Jesus.” {Mike Erre}

Community Living- Take 2
"Y'all gonna make me lose my mind, up in here, up in here"....I need this stenciled around my kitchen! That is what has been swirling over and over in my head as I was doing my dishes this morning. CJ went on a 19 mile hike on the Appalachian Trail this weekend and I ran the house.... alone. Things were good up until yesterday and I thought I might lose my mind. My children no longer know how to just be alone. After church it began, constant whining and obsessing about wanting to play with the neighbors. It made me CRAZY! Anyways, we are definitely going to have to figure out some rules and boundaries about doing life with others in a healthy way so I can stop singing 1990 rap songs about losing my mind.
