god has really blessed us we have been given so many things for free. my brother-in-law, who is a contracter, was remoldeling a home in homewood and the folks told him to throw this light fixture in the dumpster, needless to say he gave it to us and it goes perfectly in our study. also, our dining room rug that is in the playroom, for now, was given to us by our neighbor two doors down, he introduced himself, asked if we would like a rug he couldn't use, and later as i was moving it found a price tag of $3,500 on it...unbelieveable.

btw, him and his wife, alice, own www.southernness.com. they have awesome candles which are in tons of well-respected stores all over the south. check it out, i got one as a party favor when i went to alice's "cupcakes and cocktails" bday party. gotta love the "hood."
